1917 2019 dvdrip full movie download youtube. 1917 2019 dvdrip full movie download sites. I didn't know much going into it except that it was a WWI film. What I got was over 2 hours of beautiful cinematography, war scenes in all their tragic glory and a deeper appreciation for those lost in any/all wars. It was a great story of determination and honor.
Loved the photography, and the equipment and uniforms were mostly correct in their detail.
However, the plot is explained by Colin Firth, that the British reconnaisance aeroplanes have produced 'aerials' showing an unprecedented build-up of German forces, and that if the Devons proceed in their attack, they will walk into a trap, therefore, the two designated soldiers must deliver the message before it's too late.
I couldn't help think, if they have the evidence in the form of aerial photographs, and they plainly already know the location of their own attacking forced, why on earth can't they drop messages to the Devons, via the same Royal Flying Corps aeroplanes, directly to the Devons? That thought was immediately reinforced in the scene where British aircraft shot down the German in front of our two central messengers.
I saw my point is listed as a frequently asked question. The response from someone was that aircraft were a relatively new thing at the time, and quite sparse!

I dont typically write reviews but this movie was such a dissappointment. I was expecting a war movie but got 2 guys walking around the country for 2 hours now dont get me wrong it started off very interesting but got boring very fast. Great shots and they captured WW1 very well but they should have have some good action sequences in there.
